My opponent, Steve Driehaus, recently announced that he is bringing Vice President Joe Biden to Cincinnati for a major fundraiser on March 15th. Clearly the Obama Administration has hit the panic button with this race and is sending in one of their biggest guns to save a sinking ship. Steve Driehaus has supported Nancy Pelosi and the liberal House leadership 94% of the time and has sided with them on all of the major votes including Health Care, Cap and Trade and the wasteful stimulus package.

Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama are desperate to keep one of their most liberal friends in Congress, especially after an independent poll showed me leading Driehaus 56% - 39%. They see the writing on the wall and will direct hundreds of thousands of dollars to his campaign account in a desperate attempt to keep him in office.

Fortunately, I have the support of many friends here locally and today I invite you to join me in an online fundraising effort to help counteract the money Driehaus will raise when Joe Biden visits Cincinnati next week.
